Some end-users provide EV Charging Stations for unique use of their employees.  Others, operating public spaces such as shopping malls, universities and government facilities, want their EV Charging stations to be part of a national network.  Some operators give the charge as a FREE amenity such as for employees or guests at a hotel, while others wish to be compensated for the use of the EV Charging port.
