As commercial/industrial electrical contractors we work on a large variety of projects. Here are some recent examples:
MERCER COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE – PHASE I & PHASE II CLASSROOM RENVATIONS – 1200 EDINBURG RD. WEST WINDSOR, NJ
During the summers of 2015 and 2016, we worked with J.H. Williams Enterprises to renovate existing classrooms.
The work had to be completed in a short time while the classrooms were not in use and this project required cooperation among a number of sub-contractors. General power, LED lighting, communications, & audio-visual were all upgrades on this project.
Bryan Electric, IBEW Local Union 269 and J.H. Williams were recognized for cooperation and support.
HOLMAN INFINITI DEALERSHIP RENOVATION/ADDITION – RT 38 MAPLE SHADE, NJ
We worked with Gardner/Fox Associates from April 2016 through February 2017.
The project included work to upgrade general power, install a complex LED lighting system & control package, and improve communications equipment. We also upgraded the audio-visuals, a new service distribution system, and a generator cabinet.

NJDPMC – C0896-00 (SPECIAL TREATMENT UNIT – ADULT DIAGNOSTIC TREATMENT CENTER – RAHWAY, NJ)
We were contracted to install a new fire alarm system throughout the facility. Some of the key points:
- We installed (3) Fire Alarm Control Panels, 10,000 linear feet of new raceway and cabling.
- We installed in excess of 300 notification and initiating devices, in excess of 400 duct detectors, and the Fiber-Optic back-bone to support Fire Alarm network.
- We also completed remedial work – masonry repair and painting of existing exterior wall structures, replacement of approximately 4,500 linear feet of joint sealant.
- We completed mechanical work – replacement of existing condensate pump system, related piping, and insulation.

Fruscione LLC – 200 Clocktower Drive – ChargePoint EV Charging Station
We installed a new ChargePoint CT4000 network-based electric vehicle charger. This is a great addition to this Class A office parking area.
NJDPMC – A1217-00 (MARY ROEBLING BUILDING – ELEVATOR UPGRADES – TRENTON, NJ)
We worked with Haverstick & Borthwick to install new electrical infrastructure and a Fire Alarm System to support renovation/replacement of (6) 12-story elevators.
