Today, the Murphy Administration unveiled a statewide municipal ordinance that makes electric vehicle charging station projects more streamlined. An example ordinance that will allow all municipalities the ability to better serve their communities and be more uniform across the state.
This model ordinance provides minimum requirements, definitions that help develop projects, and all coincides with legislation Gov. Murphy signed into law back in July.
In the past, Bryan Electric has helped dozens of municipalities across the state develop their own EV Ordinances, and now, thanks to the Murphy Administration, we can continue to do so more efficiently.
